I found this old blog I wrote three years ago when I was in florida and wanted to put it up here

Ok….. Things that I have learned from the past week……..

1.) A loud mouthed coked out lesbian stripper…… however entertaining……  is not a safe idea to keep around Ashley when locked indoors

2.) A Jeep Wrangler (contrary to prior beliefs) does NOT double as a submarine…..

3.) A true test of friendship is when you’re knee deep in freezing cold water pushing home a Jeep that ashley drove into a lake and they don’t bitch about helping……

4.) Ashley ( with Tom’s assistance) have the ability to fix a flooded engine in a Jeep Wrangler……

5.) Men can’t make fire……. even when there’s two of them, a lighter and a can of gasoline……

6.) ashley however CAN!!!!! and didn’t need gasoline… hahahah

7.) A full 4 course meal can be cooked on a campfire with little to no mess

8.) Ice cold showers reguardless of the situation are NOT a pleasant experience

9.) John is a projectile vommiter after too much alcohol

10.) Pizza can be cooked by candlelight but it takes 3 hours….. and pizza cooker can double as a sock dryer

11.) No matter how many times you turn on the bathroom light….. it STILL won’t work without power…..

12.) Tom gives a killer massage even while asleep….. just ask Kellie…… and Billy has YET to come back from Walmart…. he’s fired!!

13.) Kellie and ashley lost at spades……. :( but it’s ok b/c we’re still smarter than boys are……

14.) John….. (as sweet as he is) does NOT know how to dry laundry….

15.) Flashlights when shined on the ceiling looks like BOOBS

16.) Power is a beautiful thing……

IN CONCLUSION……. hurricanes are fun and provide you the opportunity to experience your own version of survivor in the comfort of your own home….. I have learned that I amaze myself and that friends and feelings and funny stories can come from anywhere…….

My roommate has spent the last three weeks trying to get me to start watching lost. Well since I am out of a job, four days ago I decided to give in and start watching it and let me tell you what a great show this is. It took me a little while to get in two it but now I’m addicted like nothing else. I ran through season on in the course of three days and only took two days to watch all of season two. Now I have to keep on my roommate about getting me season three. I don’t know what two do with myself in this time between seasons. I have already started to show signs of withdrawal. My hands are shaky and my eyes are blurry. If anyone has a solution to this please tell me.

I have been reading other blogs recently and I have to admit I’m appealed at what I have found. There is this blog by a well known man who just writes about his drunken mishaps and hooking up with random girls. I can not believe that this guy feels that we want to hear about these things. The worst part about the whole thing is that he has made a lot of money with this blog which shows that a lot of people have been reading this garbage. I feel that junk like this will be the downfall of society.
